Venue is announced to ticket holders first. You will get the full address and arrival instructions by email once it is locked. It is South Florida, on the water, and easy to reach.
A mat if you have one, though we have a limited number on site. Swimwear if you plan to plunge, a towel, sunscreen and a water bottle. Everything else is provided.
Tickets are non refundable, but they are transferable. Email us the new guest's name and email at least 48 hours before the event and we will move it over.
Yes. Every guest completes the guest waiver and intake form. Doing it in advance gets you through the door faster.
Yes, increase the quantity at checkout. For eight or more, email us and we will set up a group rate and a reserved arrival time.
We run rain or shine and adjust the schedule around weather. If conditions make the event unsafe we will reschedule and your ticket carries to the new date.
